Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the Bagatelle security seal remains intact.
Affix the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
